Structural mass-unemployment is a french concept. France is a country where privileges are a very old tradition because it was a Great European Kingdom, not so far away.
Free access to the public universities for the citizen is included in the French laws initiated by Condorcet after the French Revolution. Unlike other countries, the best french schools are still public structures supposedly open to any citizen. This is not the case any more. The students do not have the right to register in the university of their choice : Now they are “orientated” by “commissions”.
For example, the best polynesian student from Tahiti in 2018 was denied access to great french schools of her own choice even if she had amazing overall 20,32/20 at the baccalaureat exam which is supposedly the reference to be accepted in top university.
The access to greatest schools is now subject to “commissions” for the selection because of huge concurrence and demand which privileges automatically the people of power’s descendants, regardless of their qualities and intelligence, just because of relationships who provide them privileged access. This is called “pistonnage” and it is unfortunately a very current practise in France.
Over-educating the people creates more concurrence between the workers because they are more and more qualified. They then become blind to what is happening around blaming each other instead of spotting the real cause of their problem that is hidden from then on purpose. Some private foreign schools tried to compete but they do nor reach the level of excellence of l’Ecole Polytechnique, the most prestigious of school of France and other french public scolar establishments of excellence like l’école des Mines, H.E.C and the E.N.A. (french national school of administration) where most top french politicians have done their studies cursus. ENA usualy mind conditions ordinary people into heartless psychopaths. Once done and verified by examination, they are graduated and ready for the job. The symbolism of diplomas is very important in France. and most don’t realise that it constitutes a certificate of domestication and mainstream mind-conditionning.
The concurrence that is created between the workers is then traducted in economic terms by the automatic lowering of the price for their tasks. It is a matter of offer and demand. The more offer, the lower the salaries. Thats a logic. The overqualified will be chosen for being a cashier at the next supermarket and the one that speaks mutiple languages will stick stamps with his tongue all day. on envelopes. This is nothing else than institutionnal slavery and the pressure is very strong, particularly for the young people that are lead to deception and fear with this process to the profit of a very few. Most of the time successfull french students are not offered opportunities and they rather chosse a company that satisfies their ambitions abroad. Nowadays, young people are sold dreams that most will never be able to fullfill if they do not realise of the importance of sovereingty and freedom. This is a hard task because all is done here to keep them in the BIG SLEEP like a docile kettle of sheeps.

From place to place, chemtrailing is different. Here in Montpellier, France they are less frequent because if the strong dominant winds that disperse rapidly the clouds. The lightning illustrates the high difference of electric potential between Earth and the high atmosphere. Volcano clouds and ashes can clink up to very high altitudes.
